The Patchwork of Hope Network^TM would like to offer you the opportunity to order a free educational toolkit on shingles and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). The toolkit (or “Seminar in a Box”) contains a variety of materials — including a PowerPoint presentation, informational brochures, fact sheets and more — that healthcare professionals, non-profit organizations and patient educators can use to conduct an educational workshop about shingles and PHN, also known as after-shingles pain. This information will be useful to older Americans at any time of the year, but one recommendation is to hold a workshop or other activities on September 16th, PHN Awareness Day. September is also National Pain Awareness Month.

It is also strongly recommended that you download the mp3 made available by the campaign to learn how to properly use the Seminar in a Box.
